Preparing for your planning meeting

To help you prepare for your planning meeting think about:

  • Your current supports.

  • Who provides these services?

  • What supports and services you may need to help you achieve your goals.

You can record this information using the NDIS Booklet 2 on Planning and take this, with all of your relevant reports, assessments and other evidence to help NDIA understand your ongoing needs.

Quality and Safeguards Commission

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. It regulates NDIS providers, provides national consistency, promotes safe and quality services, resolves problems and identifies areas for improvement, including provider complaints.

Homelessness services

Entrypoint Perth is a service which supports people who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless in Western Australia.

Crisis Care is an after-hours response service to report concerns for a child’s safety and wellbeing. This service also provides information and referrals for people experiencing crisis.

The HADSCO is an independent Statutory Authority which provides a impartial resolution service. Complaints can be made to the HADSCO regarding services for health, disability and mental health in Western Australia.
