Meet Co-Create’s partners

Jodi is the Director of JP Trusted Advisor which she founded in 2019 and is also a highly experienced Specialist Support Coordinator and Consultant supporting disability service organisations.  

For more than 30 years, Jodi has continued to work across the disability sector and has gained qualifications in Human Services and Disability, Community Services and Disability Support and is a qualified trainer and assessor with extensive NDIS knowledge and brings practical leadership, advocacy and a strong participant focus to her work. 

With decades of experience working across accommodation, community access and employment services, Jodi has worked both in the not for profit and government sectors. Her experience across frontline and leadership roles has given her a detailed understanding of the operational realities faced by disability service providers and the challenges experienced by participants and their families and carers. 

Jodi’s work as a Specialist Support Coordinator is delivered independently from her consultancy services, without conflict of interest, ensuring participants receive objective, person centred support, while organisations benefit from ethical and transparent advisory services.

Jodi is highly regarded across the NDIS and disability sector and her organisation is recognised as a NDIS provider of choice. As Director of JP Trusted Advisor, Jodi leads and mentors a highly skilled and experienced team of support coordinators and specialist support coordinators ensuring high quality practice, strong supervision and consistent outcomes for participants. Jodi’s consultancy experience includes supporting providers with NDIS compliance, SIL setup and registration, service development and training emerging providers to navigate NDIS regulation requirements with ease and confidence. 

With a keen interest in workforce development, Jodi is particularly focused on training staff in participant rights, person centred practice and supported decision making. Jodi is well known in the sector for her transparent, collaborative approach and her commitment to building relationships with others and enjoys working closely with multidisciplinary teams, service providers and stakeholders to building capable teams and strong service delivery to achieve positive outcomes for people with disability. 

Jodi is committed to supporting organisations to delivering safe, high quality and sustainable services by ensuring systems and practices are in place and teams are highly skilled, while putting participants at the centre of decision making and support.

Caroline if the Founding Director of a Facilitatrix and an experienced advisor to disability service organisations seeking to strengthen practice, governance and service delivery. With qualifications in Psychology, Sociology, Counselling, Professional Legal Studies and Public Sector Management, Caroline is also currently studying Positive Behaviour Support and brings a rare blend of clinical insight, policy and systems knowledge and strategic capability.  

Drawing on more than a decade of hands-on NDIS experience, particularly in Specialist Support Coordination, Caroline supports organisations to navigate complex operational challenges, improve participant outcomes and build confident, skilled teams and processes that leave organisations audit ready.  

Having contributed to sector-wide capability building, Caroline was a panel member of the Exceptionally Complex Support Needs Program, where she provided guidance to specialist support coordinators working with participants with multifaceted needs. As a mentor, Caroline also supports emerging providers and delivers targeted training programs including Mental Health First Aid, Human Rights, Decision Making and Guardianship and Administration, helping organisations strengthen workforce capability and embed best practice.

Caroline Marshall - Facilitatrix

Caroline’s expertise in adult guardianship and administration, shaped through her work at the Office of the Public Advocate, equips her as a leading advisor in supporting and substitute decision making. Her career spans local and state government, aged care, disability, mental health, alcohol and other drugs and suicide prevention, grounded in her early experience as a support worker.

Caroline is committed to supporting organisations to build robust, ethical and sustainable services that support both the service recipients and staff to thrive.
