Prior to becoming a Support Coordinator at JP Trusted Advisor, I worked as a Client Service Officer within the NDIS Local Area Coordination program where I assisted participants in understanding their plans, helped them navigate services and connected them with appropriate supports. I also worked as an Intake Partner within allied health, coordinating services across multiple funding streams including NDIS, workers’ compensation, Medicare and DVA as well as private health. I have also worked in disability support and aged care. 

While these experiences have given me a strong understanding of service coordination, stakeholder engagement, compliance processes and supporting clients through complex systems, they have also strengthened my passion for working in roles where I can support people and make a meaningful difference.

I will focus on building strong relationships through clear communication, collaboration and understanding each person’s individual needs and goals. By working closely with participants, their families, carers and service providers, I will ensure supports are coordinated effectively and any challenges are addressed proactively. 

I want clients, their families and carers to know I am approachable, reliable and I am genuinely passionate about supporting people to navigate the NDIS and access the supports that will help them achieve their goals. 

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my husband and our three very active kids who are all involved in sport. Much of our week is spent at training sessions and games, but whenever we do find some downtime, we love catching up with friends and spending time with family.
